Chiral HPLC Column CHIRALCEL OD, 150 x 4.6 mm, 10 μm
Chiral column with coated polysaccharide selectors. This Chiralpak column has an inner diameter of 4.6 mm, a length of 150 mm and a particle size of 10.0 µm. Daicel's conventional polysaccharide-based phases are produced by physically coating the polysaccharide derivatives on silica matrices. Due to this manufacturing process, the use of a range of solvents is limited. Some strong solvents such as tetrahydrofuran, dichloromethane and chloroform promote the solubility of the compounds but can damage the coated phases.
