Britop DOVE 724390128 table lamp, chrome, grey shade Ø25 cm, E27

Name: Britop DOVE 724390128 table lamp, chrome, grey shade Ø25 cm, E27
Brand: Britop Lighting

Britop DOVE 724390128 is a table lamp combining a grey cylindrical fabric shade with a chrome-finished metal frame. A narrow upright stem links the shade to a round base, with a transparent cable emerging from its side. This version has one E27 lamp holder.Allow space for the shade as well as the baseThe lamp stands 47 cm high. Its shade measures 25 cm across and 18 cm high, whereas the base is only 12 cm in diameter. When planning a position on a bedside table, sideboard or occasional table, use the wider shade as your reference. A small base does not mean the complete lamp will fit between a wall and nearby objects. For a position beneath a shelf, compare the available clearance with the full lamp height. The transparent lead remains visible, but does not introduce a dark line beside the reflective chrome base. Plan its route to the socket alongside the furniture rather than across the part of the surface you need to use.Choose the light source to suit the settingBritop specifies a maximum of 40 W for the single E27 bulb. This is a bulb limit, not a statement of the lamp's brightness. Check the lumen output, colour temperature and physical dimensions when choosing a compatible bulb. The grey shade does not by itself establish a warm light colour or a particular light output. Those properties depend on the light source you select, rather than the socket designation alone.A straight stem and contrasting surfacesThe smooth circular foot, straight stem and regular drum shade give DOVE a modern, minimalist outline. Reflective metal contrasts with the fabric surface without decorative arms or additional shades. It can provide supplementary lighting in a living room, bedroom or study. On a desk, treat it as additional light rather than a guarantee of focused task illumination. The manufacturer's catalogue identifies this version's grey shade as A1224, distinguishing it from the shades used on other lamps in the DOVE family.Show more
