Dr. Maisch HPLC Column Partisil PAC, 90Å, 5.0 μm, 4 x 250 mm
Partisil was one of the first commercially available irregular porous silicas. A large surface area gives it a high loading capacity. The columns are available with a particle size of 5µm and 10µm. Partisil PAC is a Polar Amino Cyano bonded phase with secondary amine groups for good thermal and chemical stability. Fast equilibration enables multiple separation mechanisms, including adsorption, reversed-phase and weak anion-exchange, to be used.
