GPL325 Black Ceiling Light by Gea Luce

Name: GPL325 Black Ceiling Light by Gea Luce
Brand: Gea Luce

Gea Luce GPL325 is a round ceiling light with a matt black rim and a broad, pale diffuser face. Its housing is made from thermoplastic. The shallow profile distinguishes it from fittings with suspended shades: the body sits close to the ceiling rather than hanging into the room.A 40 cm diameter and 2.5 cm heightThe manufacturer's drawing gives a diameter of 400 mm and a height of 25 mm. Compare the diameter with the clear ceiling area, especially near fitted cupboards and other installations. The 2.5 cm height helps establish the actual projection; this is not a pendant with a cable for adjusting its drop. The circular outline, flat profile and contrast between the black border and pale centre suit modern and minimalist interiors. It can provide general lighting in living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, dining rooms, entrance halls, corridors, offices or studies. The number of fittings required depends on the room's area and layout, not simply on the diameter of the light.Select the light colour before installationAn integrated 32 W LED module is included. The switch shown in the instructions offers 3000 K, 4000 K or 6000 K before the fitting is finally closed. These are warm, neutral and cool white settings, rather than continuous colour adjustment during everyday use.The manufacturer lists corresponding luminous flux values of 3000, 3200 and 3350 lm, with a 120° beam angle. This broad distribution should not be confused with a narrow accent beam for highlighting individual objects. GPL325 operates in on/off mode and is not dimmable, so brightness adjustment through a dimmer is not supported.Connection and careThe fitting requires a 220–240 V AC supply and installation by a qualified person. Disconnect the power before any work. The instructions allow cleaning with a damp cloth and mild detergent, followed by gentle drying. Keep water and cleaning agents away from wiring and electrical components.Show more
