Masso is a three-light pendant from Italux in which each drop is a flat felt oval with a spherical glass shade below it. The ovals come in three colours — grey, navy and red — and hang at different heights from a single round black canopy 32 cm across. Felt, metal and glass The material mix is unusual: soft felt alongside metal alloy and opal glass. The felt ovals quieten the form and give it a hand-made character, while the white glass globes diffuse the light softly, without hard glare. Light sources The fitting takes three G9 bulbs of up to 25 W each, traditional or LED. Bulbs are not supplied. With a suitable bulb the output can be adjusted from a dimmer.
