LED Labs OPTI 16-2067-03 is a five-metre LED strip producing neutral white light at 4000 K. Visible SMD 2835 LEDs sit on a narrow white circuit board. This is a component for building linear lighting, rather than a finished luminaire with its own power supply. The IP65HS version has a heat-shrink film covering.Plan the length around the installationThe reel contains 600 LEDs, arranged at 120 LEDs per metre. Marked cutting sections every 25 mm let you adjust the length in small increments, useful when ending a run beneath a cabinet or inside a recess. The PCB is 8 mm wide, a measurement to check when choosing a profile and connection components.LED density alone does not guarantee a completely dot-free line. The profile and diffuser also affect the finished appearance, so assess their combination before completing the full installation.Neutral white for counters and displaysThe manufacturer identifies kitchen worktops, shop windows and retail displays among the uses, alongside incorporation into room lighting and LED luminaires. Output is 1280 lm per metre, with a colour rendering index of at least 80. The 4000 K colour temperature is fixed: this is a single-colour strip, not RGB or tunable white. Dimming requires a compatible dimmer rather than an assumption that any control will work.Allow for the power supply and connectionsA 12 V DC power supply is required. At 12 W per metre, the full five-metre reel represents a 60 W load. Size the supply with power headroom for the length actually installed.
