requires column protection system pre-column holder (REF 718966) - for main columns with 3, 4 or 4.6 mm ID Hydrophobic phase with alternative selectivity compared to classical C18 modifications. The separation principle based on two retention mechanisms - π-π interactions and hydrophobic interactions. This provides better retention of aromatic and unsaturated substances. This stationary HPLC phase is based on core-shell technology silica gel particles and shows excellent performance under highly aqueous conditions.
