Graphite Lysfjord 6407GR outdoor up-light wall lamp LED 14.6 W 3000 K NORLYS

Name: Graphite Lysfjord 6407GR outdoor up-light wall lamp LED 14.6 W 3000 K NORLYS
Brand: NORLYS

Lysfjord 6407GR is a graphite outdoor wall light shaped as a cylinder 15 cm in diameter and 33.5 cm high, standing 20 cm off the wall. It shines upwards only: a glass lens in the top face sends a 60° beam onto the wall above the luminaire. The body is cast aluminium, powder-coated in RAL 7016. What light it gives and what it lights The luminaire delivers 998 lm from 14.6 W. Norlys states a ULOR of 100% and a BUG rating of B0-U4-G0, so all the light goes up and no bright patch forms on the path or lawn below. It is a fitting for washing facades, pillars and sections of wall; the ground beneath it needs a different light. 3000 K is a warm white, close to the light of a halogen bulb. CRI 80 is enough to keep the colour of render or brick readable after dark, and SDCM3 colour consistency means several fittings in one row shine in the same tone. The light distribution was calculated for a mounting height of 2.5 m. Light source and DALI2 control The LED module is built in and is powered by an outdoor-rated electronic DALI driver. Both parts are replaceable only by a service technician, so there is no bulb to buy. Brightness is controlled over the DALI2 bus or the NightDim function, which means a DALI controller is required; an ordinary phase dimmer will not work. Weather resistance and wall mounting IP65 means the housing is dust-tight and protected against water jets, so the light can hang on an exposed wall. IK08 protects the body and glass against impacts, and the manufacturer allows operation from -20 to +45°C. The luminaire is protection class I and must be connected to an earth conductor. It fixes to the wall through two ø5 mm holes spaced 73 × 154 mm. The terminals take conductors up to 5 × 2.5 mm², and loop-through wiring up to 5 × 1.5 mm², so several fittings can run on one circuit – Norlys gives up to 18 per B10 breaker and up to 28 per B16. With a net weight of 5.6 kg, the wall has to carry a heavy casting. The plain cylinder suits modern, minimalist architecture. The light is intended for the facades of houses, hotels and restaurants, where several fittings at even spacing mark out the rhythm of the elevation.Show more
