Hellvik 2400CS LED Bollard Light, Corten Steel, 55 cm, 6.9 W, 3000 K, NORLYS

Name: Hellvik 2400CS LED Bollard Light, Corten Steel, 55 cm, 6.9 W, 3000 K, NORLYS
Brand: NORLYS

The Hellvik 2400CS is a bollard light shaped as an open rectangular frame, 42 cm wide, 11 cm deep and 55 cm tall. The cast-aluminium body is powder-coated in a corten-steel colour, a warm, rusty brown. How it lights The light leaves in a wide beam downwards and is shielded from above — only 5% of the flux goes upwards, so the bollard lights the ground around it and does not shine into the sky. The manufacturer gives 978 lm for the LED module alone and 531 lm for the complete luminaire at 6.9 W, which is 77 lm/W. 3000 K is a warm white. The light can be dimmed with a phase dimmer, trailing edge or leading edge. The LED module and the driver are replaced by a professional service. The manufacturer rates the module at more than 102,000 hours to a 20% drop in flux (L80) — at three hours a day, over 90 years. Installation The concrete-in anchor is included, so no separate anchor has to be bought to set the bollard in concrete. The manufacturer sells the ground anchor (209GA0009) and the adapter for an existing concrete foundation (209GA0S09) separately. The terminals take conductors up to 2 × 4 mm² and allow several bollards to be looped on one circuit. The supply cable may have a round sheath up to 12.5 mm in diameter. Construction The diffuser of clear, textured polycarbonate is UV-stabilised, and the gasket is silicone. IP65 means dust-tight and protected against water jets from any direction, and IK08 means resistance to a 5 J impact. The light is protection class II, so it needs no earth conductor, and it weighs 7.94 kg. The manufacturer intends the Hellvik for gardens and private grounds.Show more
