CASTAL is a small recessed downlight 6.8 cm across and 5 cm deep, in white with a gold-toned ring. The 10 W LED module is permanently integrated and supplied with the fitting. Size decides the use Under seven centimetres across is among the smaller downlights on the market. That scale allows fittings to be set closer together and more discreetly — in a hallway ceiling, along kitchen cabinetry, in a soffit, or in a small entrance hall where a standard 9–12 cm downlight would dominate. At 75 g it puts no load on plasterboard. The gold ring as a detail Pairing a white body with a gold ring means the fitting does not disappear into the ceiling entirely — it stays a small, deliberate accent. This is a choice for rooms that already carry brass or gold elsewhere: handles, taps, decorative fittings. If the downlight is meant to be invisible, an all-white variant serves better. Installation The LED source is integrated and not replaceable — when the diodes reach end of life the whole fitting is changed. Supply is 230 V and IP20 places it in dry rooms.
