BANDOL is a ceiling light built from a single continuous tube bent into a loose knot – the loops cross and emerge from one another, so the form looks different from every point in the room. The tube is finished in black chrome: dark, mirror-like, reflecting its surroundings, and a lit plastic channel runs along its inner face. Three brightness levels without a dimmer This is the fitting's most practical feature: the light level is changed from an ordinary wall switch, in three steps – successive clicks step through the levels. There is no need to swap the switch for a dimmer or to run an extra cable, which matters in a finished room where the wiring is already buried. Double light Besides the main output from the loop, the fitting also gives reflected light inside the mounting canopy – the plate above the lamp glows too, lifting the ceiling immediately around it. The form therefore does not read as a black blot against a dark background but floats in a halo. How much light 56 W delivers 6400 lm at a warm 3000 K – enough to light a large living room or dining room on its own, without adding other fittings. The LED module is permanently built in, so there is no bulb to change. Energy efficiency class: E.
