Sigma Albert 50241 black table lamp with a metal mesh shadeAlbert 50241 is a striking three-dimensional composition made from straight steel sections. A slim square base supports one upright, which continues above the shade as an angular handle-like frame. Its defining feature is the open box-shaped cage, with fine perforated metal filling each side. Every element has a black painted finish. The bulb remains visible through the mesh and from the open underside, so the shape and glass finish of the chosen lamp become an important part of the overall design.At 45 cm high, this model can make a strong feature on a bedside table, desk, console or chest of drawers. Its 16 cm width helps it fit on a narrower surface, while the complete structure is 20 cm deep. The metal screen does not behave like an opaque shade: light remains visible from several directions and can pass down through the open base of the cage.
