With anion exchange and reversed-phase properties, this polymer-based mixed-mode column is solvent compatible and stable over the entire pH range of 1 to 14. Solvents can be used to influence selectivity and remove contaminants to extend column life. The OmniPac PAX-500 column is ideal for the analysis of alcohols, alkanolamines, antihistamines, anti-inflammatory agents, aromatic acids, inorganic acids, peptides, purines and pyrimidines, sulfonamides, sulfonated anionic surfactants and water-soluble vitamins.Show more
