Name: Lutec KARLO black solar bollard light LED RGB CCT 45 cm 6935802012
Brand: Lutec

Lutec KARLO 6935802012 is a solar bollard light with a motion sensor and LUTEC Connect controls. Its matt black aluminium body combines a slender stem with a widening clear polycarbonate diffuser. The solar panel sits on top of the circular head rather than on a separate stake.Choose the charging position as well as the lighting positionKARLO operates without an electricity supply cable. A monocrystalline panel charges its 3.7 V, 2200 mAh lithium-ion battery, making sunlight at the head an important part of the installation plan. The manual recommends eight hours in the sun for charging. Operating time depends on weather and location; it should not be treated as a fixed duration regardless of how the battery has charged. The manufacturer specifies a height of 45 cm, with both width and length of 13 cm. The stake and base are shown in the manual's installation arrangements. Keep the fitting outside the clear walking area when placing it beside a garden path, and consider whether growing plants will shade the panel later. IP44 provides protection against splashing water, not immersion.White-light adjustment, RGB and motion responseThe integrated LED module is rated at 6.8 W and the luminaire delivers 500 lm. A 2700–6500 K range lets you select warm through to cool white; RGB colours are a separate lighting choice. The LUTEC Connect app provides light adjustment and dimming. Voice control requires an additional Access Box gateway, sold separately. When not connected to the app, the motion sensor becomes active at dusk. Movement switches the light on for 30 seconds, and the sensor deactivates at dawn. The LED light source is not replaceable: the manual specifies replacement of the whole fitting at the end of the source's life. Battery replacement is covered by a separate procedure.A simple form for a contemporary gardenThe round head, straight stem and absence of ornament give KARLO a modern, minimalist appearance. This is low-level lighting for garden routes, including the path between a house and garage, rather than a tall street-lighting column. Balance the intended lighting position with the panel's exposure to sunlight.Show more
