Maytoni TRA034ICL-41B is a black internal corner connector for the Exility magnetic track system. This aluminium component joins track sections at an inside corner where the route changes between two perpendicular surfaces. It forms part of the track structure rather than acting as a light fixture.A corner for surface-mounted or suspended tracksMaytoni specifies this version for surface-mounted and suspended Exility tracks. The photographs show a profile turning in a vertical plane, with fixing plates at its ends. It is different from a flat corner connector used to run two sections across the same surface. When choosing the part, compare the direction of the proposed track route as well as its colour.The connector measures 100 mm in length, 100 mm in width and 52 mm in height. Allow for these dimensions alongside the track cross-section when laying out the corner. Article TRA034ICL-41B identifies the black version for this configuration. Similarly named accessories for recessed tracks are different variants, so the Exility name alone is not enough to establish a match.Plan mechanical connections and power separatelyThe Exility instruction manual lists this component among the mechanical connectors. Track power and electrical continuity must be planned separately using the appropriate system components. This corner piece does not replace a power supply, power input or luminaire. The system operates at 48 V DC; the track must not be connected directly to a 230 V mains supply.The manufacturer requires installation by appropriately qualified people and all work to be carried out with the supply disconnected. Those requirements also apply when assembling the corner: a mechanical fit is not proof of a correct electrical connection.A black detail within the track routeStraight edges and an undecorated profile suit modern, minimalist and technically styled interiors. Selection is chiefly about track geometry and finish, not the brightness required in a room. Maytoni provides an extended five-year warranty on all its products.
