PICASSO picture lighting PIC114-02-G Maytoni

Name: PICASSO picture lighting PIC114-02-G Maytoni
Brand: Maytoni

Maytoni Picasso PIC114-02-G is a gold-finished wall light for illuminating pictures. Its long horizontal cover is carried by a curved, ornamented arm above a round wall plate. Leaf-like detailing on the arm and a small central decoration give the metal fitting a deliberately classical appearance rather than the look of a plain lighting strip.Plan around the frame, not just the light barThe fitting measures 44.5 cm across, so compare its width with the artwork and the space available on either side. Its overall height is 17.1 cm and its projection from the wall is 20.9 cm. That projection matters beside a circulation route or above a deep frame: this is not a flush wall fitting. The decorative arm rises above the horizontal cover. Allow for the complete height when positioning the picture and light together, rather than measuring only the front bar. The manufacturer's installation drawing shows attachment to the wall, not a fitting that clips onto the picture frame.Replaceable E14 light sourcesPicasso has two E14 sockets, each rated for a bulb of up to 25 W. It is therefore a replaceable-source fitting rather than a light with a permanently integrated LED module. Check both the bulb base and the permitted wattage when making your selection. Brightness and colour temperature depend on the chosen bulbs; the gold finish does not establish the colour of the emitted light.Maytoni lists this version as non-dimmable. It operates from a 220–240 V AC mains supply and is a Class I fitting, requiring a protective earth connection. Plan the electrical outlet together with the position of the wall plate and the artwork.A decorative accent for displayed artPicture lighting can be used in a living room, bedroom, dining room, study or corridor, as well as for artwork displayed in a hotel or restaurant. Its role here is to illuminate a selected area of the wall, not to replace the room's main lighting. The gold surface, shaped wall plate and foliage details support a classical, period-inspired setting. Compare the ornament with the picture frame as well as matching the metal colour.Mostra di più
