Sol 4046BL Black LED Outdoor Ceiling Light by NORLYS

Name: Sol 4046BL Black LED Outdoor Ceiling Light by NORLYS
Brand: NORLYS

NORLYS Sol 4046BL is a black outdoor ceiling light with a cylindrical body and a round satin-finished safety-glass cover. Powder-coated aluminium in RAL 9005 surrounds the glazing. Its unornamented outline suits modern and minimalist architecture without the decorative arms of a traditional lantern.A surface-mounted light beneath a roofThe fitting measures 20 cm in diameter and 11 cm in height. It mounts directly to the ceiling surface rather than hanging from a cable or requiring the entire body to be recessed. Compare its projection with the available space beneath your roof and check where the electrical supply will enter before choosing its position.Ceiling mounting and symmetrical downward light distribution support use on a covered terrace, balcony, entrance canopy or gazebo. Sol illuminates the area below it; it is not a wall light designed to draw stripes across a facade. The manufacturer specifies IP65 protection, which also depends on correctly installing and sealing the cable entry.Neutral-white light with phase dimmingThe integrated LED module produces 4000 K light. Output from the complete luminaire is 1890 lm, while 2399 lm refers to the light source before losses within the fitting. Use whole-luminaire figures when comparing brightness with other lights rather than treating module output as the delivered output. The complete fitting consumes 19.1 W. Brightness can be adjusted using Trailing Edge or Leading Edge phase dimming with a suitably selected dimmer. The LED module and electronic power supply are part of the construction, so there is no separate E27 or GU10 bulb to select for this model.Electrical connection and servicingSol operates at 220–240 V and is a Class I luminaire requiring a protective-earth connection. A qualified installer should fit it according to the supplied instructions. Pierce the cable-entry gasket with the installation cable, 7–10.5 mm in diameter, rather than a tool. Both the LED source and control gear are replaceable by a professional service; this is not an ordinary user-replaceable bulb arrangement.Mostra di più
