The VT-408CCT is a solar outdoor wall light shaped as a white cube with 10 cm sides. Monocrystalline photovoltaic panels take up three faces of the body, and light leaves through narrow slots at the top and bottom, drawing two cones on the wall. The housing is made of plastic, stainless steel and glass. Size and wall mounting The body measures 100 x 100 x 100 mm and weighs 0.57 kg, so on a facade it reads as a small point of light rather than a dominant fitting — several can be spaced along a wall every two or three metres. No connection to the mains is needed. A base plate is fixed to the wall with two screws in 30 mm deep holes, and the body slides onto it from above. Plugs and screws are included; the sensor angle is set after mounting. How much light it gives and in what colour The light source is two permanently built-in COB LED points — they cannot be replaced and no bulb has to be bought separately. Each gives 450 lm, 900 lm in total, split into an upward and a downward beam: roughly the brightness of an old 60 W bulb across two directions. A switch selects one of three colours: 3000 K warm white, close to an incandescent bulb, 4000 K neutral white, 6000 K cool light. The beam angle adjusts from 0 to 90°, so the output can be kept tight against the wall or spread wider over a terrace. Solar charging and the motion sensor Three panels rated 2.25 W together charge the 2600 mAh lithium-ion battery in about 8 hours, and a full cell lasts up to 30 hours. A USB-C cable is included, so the fitting can be topped up after a run of overcast days. The motion sensor covers 120° and responds at 4 to 5 m. There are four modes: constant light after dusk at 8% output, automatic mode at full output for 30 seconds after motion, a dimmed mode holding 1.5% and rising to 100% on movement, and off. Where it can be installed IP65 means full dust tightness and resistance to water jets, and the operating range of −20 °C to +45 °C covers a Central European winter.
