Vessco is a low table with a rounded, monolithic body in matt grey — a single plastic moulding with no visible joints, legs or fittings. The top is flat and the sides fall away in a soft curve right down to the ground. FERNE codes this colour as urban gray 106R. Size and the space it needs The top measures 76.5 × 57 cm and the whole body stands 30 cm high. Next to an armchair with a seat at the usual 44–47 cm, the top sits well below it, so you reach down for a mug rather than straight ahead — this is a table to put in front of a seat, not beside it. When planning a spot on the terrace, add about 80 cm of clear walkway to the table's 57 cm depth: close to 140 cm measured from the edge of the sofa. The table has no legs and rests on its whole base, so there is no gap underneath it. How it is made The body is rotationally moulded: the plastic is spread through a turning mould at high temperature and sets as one uniform, seamless shell. The table arrives in one piece — there is nothing to assemble and nothing to buy separately. The manufacturer states a load of up to 100 kg for the table as a whole. The surface is matt and smooth, with a fine-grained texture. FERNE points out that slight differences in shade are an intended effect of the pigment blend rather than a moulding fault, so two pieces side by side need not look perfectly uniform. The brand describes the plastic as fully recyclable. Colours and the Vessco collection In the basic colours Vessco comes as mono white 440R, urban gray 106R and midnight anthracite 664R, and the manufacturer also runs special-order colours.
