We require a deposit for the duration of the exchange. A beige adapter with a flex coupling is inserted there and secured with a metal clip. Please remove the adapter and metal clip before sending in your unit. Brand information: This product is an original Porsche spare part that has been professionally remanufactured for you by specialized industrial partners. Process for the exchange procedure: 1. A core deposit is charged on your old component. This will be automatically added to your shopping cart and charged together with your order. 2. Return your old part to us. You will receive your return label via the returns portal . 3. After receipt and successful inspection of your old part, the deposit amount will be automatically refunded. Requirements for accepting your old part: It is an original part in undamaged condition (normal wear and tear is acceptable).
