This PLRP-S HPLC column has an inner diameter of 4.6 mm, a length of 250 mm, and a particle size of 15.0 - 20.0 µm. Agilent PLRP-S columns are available in a variety of pore and particle sizes, all with identical chemistry and basic adsorption characteristics. The particles are inherently hydrophobic, eliminating the need for a bound phase for reversed-phase separations. Therefore, PLRP-S particles can withstand extreme temperature and pH ranges that are incompatible with silica-based columns. This means you get the most functionality for method development with particles as small as 3 µm. PLRP-S has excellent binding capacity in five pore sizes: 100 Å, 300 Å, 1000 Å and 4000 Å. This allows a wide range of oligonucleotides to be captured, from small antisense oligonucleotides to large mRNAs.Show more
