AdvanceBio Amide HILIC and Glycan Mapping columns provide fast, high resolution and reproducible identification of glycans by hydrophilic interaction liquid chromatography (HILIC). The Amide HILIC columns are available with 1.8 µm particles and in lengths of 100 mm and 150 mm. This version of the column has an internal diameter of 4.6 mm, uses 250 mm particles, and is 2.7 µm long. Agilent's enhanced AdvanceBio Amide HILIC columns offer maximum separation performance for glycan analysis, including improved peak capacity and temperature stability compared to previous glycan mapping columns. Available in two configurations: 2.7 µm surface porosity for high resolution and low backpressure and 1.8 µm for highest resolution.
