This AdvanceBio HPLC column has an inner diameter of 2.1 mm, is 100 mm long and has 2.7 µm particles. 3 per package. The AdvanceBio Peptide Columns are designed to provide high resolution peptide mapping for protein identification and determination of post-translational modifications. These columns can be used to rapidly resolve and identify amino acid substitutions/modifications in a primary protein sequence. More analytical confidence, more flexibility These state-of-the-art columns provide consistent, outstanding performance in the separation and characterization of peptides and proteins, antibodies, conjugates, novel biological entities and biopharmaceuticals. They are surface porous and have a pore size of 120 Å, which is optimal for the analysis of peptides generated by enzymatic digestion of proteins.
