The Bio SEC-3 HPLC column is a versatile hydrophilic stationary phase for size exclusion of peptides and proteins up to 1,250 kDa. These columns represent a breakthrough in size exclusion chromatography (SEC) technology. They are packed with spherical, tightly dispersed 3 µm silica particles coated with a proprietary hydrophilic layer. This thin polymer layer is chemically bonded to pure, mechanically stable silica under controlled conditions, ensuring efficient size exclusion of the particles. The Bio SEC-3 HPLC columns are available in pore sizes of 100Å, 150Å and 300Å and are suitable for most peptide and protein size exclusion separations. This version of the Bio SEC-3 column has an inner diameter of 4.6 mm, a length of 300 mm and a particle size of 3.0 µm.Show more
