Poroshell 120 HPH-C8 HPLC column with inner diameter 4.6 mm, length 150 mm and particle size 2.7 µm. Method validation kit, contains three columns from three different batches (lots). SB-C18 and SB-C8 are prepared from bulky silanes that sterically protect the siloxane bond. No acid-labile endcapping reagents are used. The result is a significantly longer column lifetime and exceptional chemical and thermal stability at pH 1-6. The lack of endcapping also results in a different selectivity than endcapped EC-C18 and EC-C8. InfinityLab Poroshell 120 surface-porous columns for reversed-phase liquid chromatography (LC) offer exceptional efficiency and reliability.
