HPLC Column Set, PEEK with a 2.1 mm ID. Includes, a 100 mm x 2.1 mm black, column body tube plus 2 PEEK 2 µm frits & 2 end fittings. This column set is manufactured from all-PEEK. Graphite is added to the material before extrusion to obtain the black color of the column tube with a 1/4-inch (6.35 mm) OD, which is not treated with any chemicals. The black color helps extend the life of the columns' external appearance. The thread on this column is 1/4-28 and the "smooth" mirror-like inner surface of the column body is achieved through a very careful, proprietary extrusion process.
