Bollard Light NORLYS Borg 6181AL light grey LED 16 W 4000 K 85 cm

Name: Bollard Light NORLYS Borg 6181AL light grey LED 16 W 4000 K 85 cm
Brand: NORLYS

Borg 6181AL is an 85 cm NORLYS bollard: a slim 7.6 cm tube topped by a flat, round 20 cm disc. The whole piece is cast aluminium powder-coated in light grey RAL 9006, and the light comes out downwards from under the disc through a satin PMMA diffuser. The LED module and driver are built in, so the bollard needs no lamp. How much light, and what kindThe Cree LED module produces 2241 lm, and 1396 lm leaves the luminaire at 16 W – 87.3 lm/W. The distribution is rotationally symmetrical: the bollard lights a circle around itself, and ULOR 0 % means none of the light goes up into the sky. 4000 K is a neutral white, and CRI 80 is the usual colour rendering for area lighting. The light source is energy class E.The luminaire can be dimmed with a phase-cut dimmer – NORLYS allows both trailing-edge and leading-edge types. The module keeps 80 % of its flux after more than 102,000 h (L80) and 90 % after more than 52,600 h (L90), and the driver is rated for 50,000 h.Mounting and connectionThe bollard is installed according to the instructions supplied with it, and the base fixings are bought separately: the 202GA0009 ground anchor, the 203ZX0009 concreting anchor or the 201GA0009 adapter for a concrete foundation. The terminals take cables up to 3 × 4 mm², also when looping through, so several bollards can run from one line. The cable must have a round sheath of 8–12.5 mm. The luminaire is protection class I and needs a protective earth. With an inrush current of 2 A / 50 µs, up to 31 bollards fit on one B10 circuit breaker and up to 50 on a B16.Durability and serviceIP65 lets the bollard stand unprotected in rain and snow, and IK08 means resistance to a 5 J impact. It operates from −20 to +45 °C. Only a professional service replaces the LED module and control gear, using the ZS6181zx0010 repair kit.NORLYS intends Borg for gardens and other private and public areas, such as around a hotel or restaurant. To order it is also made in protection class II, in 2700 K, with a different flux, with a surge protection device (SPD), at a different height or in another RAL colour.Show more
