GABIAN 7075 is a black floor lamp 168 cm tall with two independent E27 points. The structure is painted steel in textured black, and the direction of the light can be adjusted. Two points, aimed separately The point of this lamp is that it is not a single spot on a mast. The two E27 sources can be aimed in different directions — one at a reading chair, the other upwards at a wall or ceiling, where the bounced light lifts the corner of the room without casting a shadow. At 168 cm the upper point sits roughly at the eye level of someone standing, so it lights the space rather than just the floor. A 30 × 40 cm footprint gives the lamp stability without taking up much room. Two switches — on the cord and on the fitting Argon put the switch in two places: conventionally **on the cord**, within reach of someone seated, and **on the fitting itself, from above**. It is a small thing, but in practice it settles the question of convenience: walking past the lamp you do not have to hunt for a switch on the cable near the floor, and sitting in a chair you do not have to get up. The cord is black, matched to the body, so it does not stand out against the floor. Lamps and power The fitting has two E27 sockets and **comes without bulbs**. The maker caps the power at **15 W per socket** — normal for a fitting with an enclosed metal shade, and in practice no limitation, since an E27 LED drawing 9–12 W gives 1000–1500 lm, so two of them will light a seating area unaided. It is worth fitting two identical lamps: with two points aimed in different directions, a colour difference between them would be plainly visible.
