Garden Lantern Koster 1914 Graphite 7016 Norlys

Name: Garden Lantern Koster 1914 Graphite 7016 Norlys
Brand: NORLYS

Koster 1914 is a complete garden lamp post: a dome-shaped cast-aluminium luminaire on a side arm, mounted on a telescopic pole whose height adjusts between 2360 and 3360 mm. The whole set is powder-coated in graphite (RAL 7016), and the dome is closed underneath by a clear, textured diffuser of UV-stabilised polycarbonate.Dimensions and what is in the setThe set consists of luminaire art. 1915, which slips onto a Ø50 mm spigot, and lighting pole art. 1273. The shade is 245 mm across, and the arm holds it 450 mm out from the pole axis — the clearance to leave beside a path or the edge of a terrace. The height adjustment lets you set the light point anywhere within a one-metre range. The pole is bolted down with three bolts through ø10.5 mm holes spaced at 120° on a ø207 mm circle. The concrete anchor (405) and mounting adapter (3089) are sold separately, so the foundation has to be ordered together with the lamp. The set weighs 9.42 kg net. What light it givesThe source is an integrated Philips Fortimo LED module drawing 17.5 W, and the luminaire delivers 1568 lm at 3000 K — warm white light that suits a front entrance and garden paths. The light is directed symmetrically downwards, and a ULOR of 0% means none of it goes up into the sky or into first-floor windows. The luminaire is not dimmable and works on/off.The LED module and the diffuser are available as spare parts; the module is replaced by a professional service.Connection and durabilityIP54 protection allows the lamp to stay outdoors all year, and IK10 is the highest impact rating for the housing — relevant next to a car park or a public path. This is a protection class I luminaire, so it needs an earth connection. The terminal takes cable up to 3×2.5 mm² with a diameter of up to 12.5 mm and has a built-in 1 A fuse. On a single B16A circuit breaker the manufacturer allows up to 100 of these luminaires, which makes it easier to plan a longer run in a park or around a hotel or restaurant. The classic dome shape, with Scandinavian simplicity, suits gardens, terraces and green areas.Show more
