Visby 5002 is a cast-aluminium garden lantern head, powder-coated in graphite RAL 7016 and fitted to a 60 mm pole. The luminaire draws 43.6 W and delivers 2624 lm at 4000 K, rated IP65. Two LED modules, three lighting scenarios This is the most important feature of the lantern and the one you cannot see in a photograph: **two independently switched modules** work inside it. The upper one aims light upwards into the diffuser — 3000 lm at 27 W as indirect, soft, glare-free light. The lower one shines straight down at the ground: 2000 lm at 17.5 W of direct light. Either can be switched on alone, or both together. Built to last outdoors The body is powder-coated cast aluminium, the diffuser is clear PMMA, and the joint is sealed with silicone. The manufacturer rates it from −20 to +45 °C, which covers a full Central European year. Norlys gives a five-year warranty and, separately, a **twenty-five-year anti-corrosion warranty** — a statement that says more about the coating than any description could. Mounting on a Ø60 mm pole Visby 5002 is the head only, designed for a standard 60 mm pole — the pole is bought separately. **4.5 metres of H05VV-F 3G1 cable** run out of the fitting, to be led down inside the pole to a junction box at its base; that length covers typical garden pole heights without extending. The fitting is protection class I, so the installation needs an earth conductor. A mounting adapter 154XX0010 and a reducer 3070XX0009 are available for the system. Light quality 4000 K is neutral white — cooler than the domestic 3000 K, but more legible outdoors, where recognising shapes and surface colours matters. CRI 80 is adequate for exterior use, and SDCM3 colour consistency means several lanterns set in a run will look identical — along an avenue or a driveway that is immediately visible. Source efficacy reaches 116.9 lm/W and the declared lifetime is 50,000 hours. A power factor above 0.9 matters on multi-fitting installations.
