Quintiesse Grant outdoor pedestal lantern E27, bronze, 64.8 cm

Name: Quintiesse Grant outdoor pedestal lantern E27, bronze, 64.8 cm
Brand: Quintiesse

Quintiesse Grant QN-GRANT3-L-BU is an outdoor pedestal lantern with a glazed chamber, a curved roof and a short, shaped base. Its cast-aluminium frame has a painted Burnished Bronze finish. Small bubbles in the clear seeded glass give the panels visible texture while leaving the bulb on view.Plan the lantern and its support togetherThe fitting stands 64.8 cm high and measures 21.6 cm across in both directions. This is the pedestal version of Grant, not a tall lamp post or one of the family's wall lanterns. When comparing it with a proposed mounting surface, allow for the full height above that support rather than treating 64.8 cm as the overall height from ground level.A horizontal base beside a terrace, boundary or driveway suits this format. Check that the chosen position remains clear of walking routes and a gate's opening arc. The oversized handle above the roof contributes to the lantern shape; it does not identify this mains-powered fitting as a portable battery light.Choose the E27 bulb separatelyGrant takes one E27 bulb, which is not supplied. The 60 W rating is the maximum permitted bulb wattage, not a fixed energy consumption for a complete lighting set. A suitable E27 LED bulb is another option. Brightness and colour temperature depend on the bulb selected, so the lantern itself does not have a fixed lumen output or a built-in warm or cool light setting. The bulb's outline remains visible through the clear panels and therefore affects the appearance as well as the light. Dimming calls for a dimmable bulb and compatible control equipment. This fitting uses mains electricity rather than solar power.Classic detailing with an outdoor ratingThe bronze finish, divided glass chamber and profiled base support a classic or retro garden scheme. Seeded-glass texture remains part of the design when the light is off. The manufacturer specifies exterior use and an IP44 rating, which should not be read as complete waterproofing. Its three-year anti-corrosion warranty excludes locations within 5 miles of the coastline.Show more
