Name: LED profile LUMINES type Slimo black lacquered 1 m
Brand: Lumines

LUMINES SLIMO 10-1175-10 is a black lacquered LED profile supplied in a 1 m length for building a narrow linear fitting. Its distinctive cross section places the diffuser behind the lower edges of the side walls. The straight, undecorated outline creates a visible black line that suits modern and minimalist interior schemes.Check the strip width as well as the lengthThis listing is for the 1000 mm section, not the longer options in the SLIMO family. The profile measures 17.4 mm across and 22 mm in height. It accommodates an LED strip up to 14.6 mm wide. Compare the actual width of your chosen strip with that space before specifying the assembly; matching the one-metre length alone does not establish compatibility. The recessed diffuser changes the view of the light source from the side. The manufacturer describes this arrangement as reducing glare and narrowing the light distribution. It does not establish one guaranteed UGR value for every assembled fitting. Brightness, colour temperature and control functions depend on the selected strip and the other electrical components.Surface-mounted or suspendedSLIMO supports surface mounting and suspension. The documentation illustrates screw fixing and lists the SLT bracket and suspension fittings among the system accessories. These alternatives allow a linear lighting project close to the ceiling or above a dining table, kitchen island or desk. The required light output still needs to be specified through the strip rather than through the empty profile.Plan the complete assemblyThis is a profile, not a ready-to-operate LED lamp. Select a compatible strip, BASIC diffuser, end caps and fixing arrangement for the project. The power supply belongs outside the profile. Photographs of an illuminated assembly demonstrate the system in use, not the light output of this particular section. Check explicit SLIMO compatibility when choosing the diffuser and hardware; a similar-looking component from another family is not enough.Show more
