NORLYS Astrid 2206CS LED garden bollard, rust finish, 55 cm, 4000 K

Name: NORLYS Astrid 2206CS LED garden bollard, rust finish, 55 cm, 4000 K
Brand: NORLYS

The NORLYS Astrid 2206CS is a 55 cm LED garden bollard with vertical ribs and a square section with rounded corners. Its rust-coloured finish is named Corten Steel by the manufacturer, but the body is powder-coated aluminium, not weathering steel.A low fitting beside paths and terracesThe footprint measures 14 × 14 cm. This low format can be planned beside a garden path, terrace or driveway where a tall post light is not wanted. Compare its 55 cm height with surrounding planting and leave pedestrian routes clear. The repeated vertical ribs and restrained outline support modern, minimalist and Scandinavian outdoor schemes without relying on the colour alone to define the style.Compare the light leaving the fittingThis variant produces neutral-white light at 4000 K through a milky PMMA diffuser. The complete luminaire delivers 202 lm. The separate figure of 1620 lm refers to the LED source, not the output of the assembled fitting, so it is not the appropriate figure for comparing bollard brightness. Its diffuse distribution lights the immediate surroundings. A larger installation should be planned using the photometric data rather than wattage alone.Total power consumption is 10.6 W. TRIAC phase dimming supports both leading-edge and trailing-edge control; a compatible control must be selected if dimming is required. The LED source and control gear are replaceable by a qualified professional, rather than being an ordinary user-replaceable bulb.Allow for fixed installationAstrid requires fixed mounting and a 220–240 V supply. Three 9 mm fixing holes sit at 120° intervals on a 65 mm diameter circle. Anchors and adapters are chosen for the mounting surface and purchased separately; fixing screws are not included. Installation should be carried out by an appropriately qualified person. IP65 describes protection against dust and water jets, while IK10 specifies impact resistance. These enclosure ratings do not remove the need for correct installation.Show more
