Nidaros 2124 Black Led 8.5W 4000K Eei D

Name: Nidaros 2124 Black Led 8.5W 4000K Eei D
Brand: NORLYS

NORLYS Nidaros 2124BL is a black outdoor ceiling light with a cylindrical body and downward illumination. Its cast-aluminium housing is powder-coated in RAL 9005, while clear safety glass covers the light opening. The plain tube shape, without decorative arms, suits modern and minimalist architectural settings.A focused beam for a defined areaThe 24° beam concentrates light rather than spreading it broadly across a whole terrace. Choose the position with the intended illuminated area in mind: mounting height and the location of that surface determine where the beam falls. The manufacturer also identifies walls and facades as possible lighting targets when the fitting is installed on a horizontal mounting surface. The included LED module produces neutral white light at 4000K. The complete fitting delivers 825 lm, whereas 1051 lm is the output specified for the light source itself. These figures should not be used interchangeably when comparing finished lights. Total power consumption is 8.5 W; the LED module is rated at 6.7 W. The distinction separates the source specification from the performance of the assembled luminaire.Allow for the body below the ceilingThe housing is 18 cm high and 12 cm in diameter. Under a roof or canopy, allow for those 18 cm projecting below the fixing surface. The fitting uses two mounting holes and must be installed and connected by a qualified electrician in accordance with the supplied instructions. It is a class I luminaire for a 220–240 V supply. The IP65 rating supports outdoor use, including beneath terrace and balcony roofs, in roofed gazebos, or under an entrance canopy. Each location still needs a horizontal mounting surface. Nidaros is not a wall light intended to be attached directly to a vertical facade.Dimming and future servicingThe light supports both trailing-edge and leading-edge phase dimming. Agree a compatible control arrangement before installation. The LED module and electronic power supply form part of the fitting, so there is no screw-base bulb to select. The manufacturer specifies professional servicing for replacement of both the light source and the control gear.Show more
