Zambelis E402 is a portable table lamp 11.2 cm across and 10 cm tall, powered by a built-in 1200 mAh battery and charged over USB. The integrated LED gives 80 lm of warm 3000 K light, and IP44 protection means it can sit on a garden table. No cable, no socket This is a lamp you carry. There is no mains lead and no plug — it draws from its battery, which recharges over USB in three and a half hours. Run time depends on the brightness you choose: 6 hours at full output, 12 hours at 50%, and as much as 70 hours at 10%. In practice one charge covers several evenings on a terrace, or a whole weekend at the low setting. One thing to note before buying: the USB cable is supplied, but **no mains adaptor is included** — use your own, or add the Zambelis E099 adaptor. Touch dimming, in three steps The top surface of the shade works as a button: successive taps cycle the brightness between 10%, 50% and 100%. There is no continuous dimming and no remote — three steps are enough, because the gap between them is clear. The lamp remembers its last setting and returns to it when switched back on, so you do not have to work through the whole cycle each time. How much light it actually gives Eighty lumens is not much — roughly what a scented candle in a glass produces. And that is the point of this lamp: set on a table, it lights the surface and the faces around it, but it will not light a terrace. Distribution is spherical, a full 360°, so the light spreads evenly in every direction from under the flat disc. 3000 K with CRI 80 gives a warm, welcoming tone; colour consistency below 1 SDCM means several units side by side will look identical. Build and durability The body is black plastic. IP44 protects against splashing water from any direction — the lamp will survive rain and a damp evening, but it is not made for immersion or for being left outside through a winter. Its IK04 impact rating covers knocks and small drops, which matters on something you carry around.
