Name: Lutec DISO 6906703335 solar garden post light dark grey 45 cm
Brand: Lutec

Lutec DISO 6906703335 is a solar garden post light with a circular head and a straight, dark-grey stem. Its solar panel occupies the top of the head, while the integrated LED sits underneath. A synthetic housing and clear polycarbonate diffuser give the fitting a restrained modern appearance without ornamental detailing.Allow space and sunlightThe fitting measures 45 cm high, 16 cm wide and 17.5 cm long. Compare those dimensions with your intended border or path edge before choosing its position. This is a low light close to ground level, rather than a tall lantern for illuminating a large area. It can provide a local light accent beside a garden path or at a terrace edge. The movable head lets you direct the beam towards a chosen part of the surroundings. The panel needs access to sunlight for charging. The manual recommends eight hours in the sun to charge the battery. Weather and shading affect the subsequent operating time, so it should not be planned as though it were a fitting with a continuous mains supply.Choose brightness or longer operationThe 2 W LED produces neutral-white light at 4000 K. The manual shows a 200 lm setting for approximately two hours and a 100 lm setting for approximately five hours, as well as an off position. Those figures depend on charging conditions; they are not a promise of identical performance every night. Selecting the lower output gives less light in exchange for the longer stated operating time.Mounting and source replacementDISO can be screwed to a surface or installed using the included ground spike. Solar operation requires no mains cable to the fitting. It uses one 3.7 V, 2200 mAh Li-ion battery. Its IP44 rating provides splash protection, not permission to submerge it. The LED source is non-replaceable: the manual specifies replacing the complete fitting when the source reaches the end of its life.Show more
