Name: Outdoor Post Light NORLYS Asker Graphite 55 cm LED 7.7W IP65 5214GR
Brand: NORLYS

The NORLYS Asker 5214GR is an LED bollard with a rectangular head projecting over a straight upright body. Its cast aluminium housing is powder-coated in graphite RAL 7016, with a clear PMMA lens beneath the head. The right-angled outline and absence of decorative detailing suit modern and modernist architectural settings. A 55 cm light point beside a route The bollard is 55 cm high, with horizontal dimensions of 20 × 11 cm. Compare those measurements with the width of the path border and the available passage before deciding where to install it. The body should remain outside the space needed for walking. This is a low-level garden light, not a tall pole intended to illuminate a site from above. NORLYS specifies gardens, private grounds and architectural applications. The bollard can therefore be considered in a lighting plan for an approach route or the edge of a terrace. Spacing between fittings needs to be chosen for the individual project; the mounting height alone does not establish a suitable distance between light points. Distinguishing source output from delivered light The 5214GR variant produces warm white light at 3000 K. The complete fitting delivers 682 lm and draws 7.7 W. The separate figures of 828 lm and 5.8 W describe the LED source, not the finished bollard. Its Ledil SCL optics provide an IESNA Type II/III distribution, so the head's orientation relative to the surface being lit matters when planning the installation. Brightness can be adjusted using trailing-edge phase dimming. Check that the selected dimmer supports this control method rather than assuming compatibility with any lighting-control system. Fixing the body and servicing the LED The housing is rated IP65 and IK08. Installation uses four Ø8 mm fixing holes with 18 × 50 mm spacing, and electrical connection must follow the instructions and be undertaken by a qualified person. Anchors and other mounting accessories are sold separately, so select them for the intended support before installation. The LED source and control gear are replaceable by a professional service. This is not a fitting designed for an ordinary user-replaceable bulb.Show more
