Zambelis S171 recessed LED spotlightThe Zambelis S171 is a compact recessed fitting with an integrated 6 W LED module. Its warm 3000 K colour temperature and 420 lm output create a welcoming, focused layer of light in a contemporary interior. A CRI of 90 supports faithful colour appearance for finishes, furniture and decorative objects. The fitting operates at 36 V and 150 mA, so the lighting plan must include a suitable driver. Zambelis recommends the LS-6-150 On-Off driver for one fitting, or the remote DALI driver 4062172151252; neither driver is supplied. Checking this before closing the ceiling helps coordinate the electrical layout and the number of light points.A considered choice for modern roomsThe small, clean-lined housing suits suspended ceilings in a hallway, bedroom or bathroom. IP44 makes it appropriate to consider for damp indoor locations when the installation follows applicable electrical-zone requirements. One S171 works best as an accent or as part of a calculated group of spots, for example along circulation space or beside built-in furniture. Its sandy-white finish visually recedes into a pale ceiling. If the scheme needs a narrower emphasis on art, texture or an architectural detail, the optional S172 reflector can reduce the beam to 18°.
