Trysil 1035AL is a complete 350 cm lighting column that ends in two arms spreading in a Y shape, with an LED luminaire at the tip of each. The heads are 118 cm apart. The column and arms are extruded aluminium profile, powder-coated light grey RAL 9006, and the diffusers are clear UV-stabilised polycarbonate.How much light it gives and where it goesThe two Philips Fortimo FastFlex LED modules produce 3663 lm between them, and 3308 lm leaves the luminaire at 23.3 W, which is 142 lm per watt. 4000 K is a neutral white. CRI 70 suits roads and paths rather than places where colours must look as in daylight.Ledil SCL lenses give an IESNA type II/III distribution: the light falls as an elongated patch along the road rather than a circle around the column. ULOR is 0.9%, so almost all the light goes downwards, below the level of the heads.Power and controlThe driver is built in and runs on DALI2 with the NightDim function (DALI outdoor). It leaves the factory set to maximum current; Norlys programmes other modes to order. Dimming needs a DALI controller, and an ordinary phase dimmer will not work with this column.The terminals take conductors up to 5 × 4 mm² and a cable up to 13.6 mm in diameter, and further columns can be looped through (up to 5 × 2.5 mm²). Because of the 15 A / 295 µs inrush current, the maker limits the number per circuit breaker: 18 on B10, 29 on B16, 30 on C10 and 49 on C16. Protection class I means the earth conductor must be connected.Installation, build and serviceThe column weighs 25.7 kg. To set it up you need to buy the 1259GA mounting adapter, the 180GA ground anchor or the 3091GA anchor for setting in concrete separately. It should be installed following the included instructions by a qualified electrician.The LED modules and driver are included; if they fail, a professional service replaces them using the Norlys ZS1047 service kit. The maker rates the modules (L90B10) and the driver at 100,000 h. IP65 means the luminaire is dust-tight and resists water jets, and IK10 means it withstands an impact of 20 J.
