Wolfgang Warmbier SRM®200 ESD Test Device Set Surface Resistance and Resistance to Ground The Wolfgang Warmbier SRM®200 is a compact ESD testing device designed for easy measurement of surface resistance and resistance to ground of electrostatically conductive and dissipative materials. The integrated temperature and humidity sensor records environmental conditions during testing, ensuring reliable documentation. The device features an LCD display, internal data storage, and a USB interface for transferring measurement data to a PC. The built-in bar electrode with conductive contact rubber enables convenient testing, while external electrodes can also be connected when required.
