Amaze TR is a tri-modal reversed-phase cation- and anion-exchange column. It contains a C18 carbon chain, and acidic and basic groups on the surface. All functionalities are assembled in one molecule which guarantees robust selectivity and reproducibility. The column can be used in any organic solvent – including alcohols – without the danger of esterification of acidic group on the surface. It is compatible with 100%-organic and 100%-aqueous mobile phase due to multiple polar embedded groups, and resists a collapse of stationary phase in highly aqueous mobile phase. Its carefully designed stationary phase has a high density of ligand, providing a great capacity for neutral, acidic and basic compounds.Meer tonen
