Outdoor wall lamp LUND NORLYS 290BL Black E27 Norlys.

Name: Outdoor wall lamp LUND NORLYS 290BL Black E27 Norlys.
Brand: NORLYS

Lund 290BL is an outdoor wall lantern on an arm: a wide, flat conical shade 32.5 cm across covers a clear, UV-stabilised polycarbonate globe from above. The body is hot-dip galvanised and powder-coated steel in black RAL 9005. The fitting has an E27 socket and is sold without a bulb. Size and installation The lamp is 24 cm high and holds the shade 42 cm out from the wall, on a round wall plate 11.5 cm in diameter. Compare those 42 cm with the width of the passage below and with any door that opens towards it. The light is fixed with the mounting box supplied. The terminals take conductors up to 2 × 2.5 mm², and a further fitting can be looped through (up to 2 × 1.5 mm²), so several lamps along one facade can run from a single circuit; the EPDM gland takes a round cable of 7–10.5 mm. The fitting is protection class II, so no protective earth is needed. Norlys also allows mounting on a building corner, which requires the 153XX0009 corner bracket, sold separately. Which bulb and what light The fitting takes an E27 LED bulb of up to 9 W in the standard A55 or A60 pear shape – a larger decorative bulb will not fit under the globe. The bulb is replaced by the user, and brightness and colour are chosen with it; as a reference point, about 800 lm matches an old 60 W bulb. The shade only partly screens the light from above: according to the manufacturer about 12% of the output (ULOR) leaves above the fitting, so part of the wall above the lamp is lit as well. Construction and use IP55 means protection against dust and against water jets from any direction, so the lantern can hang on an exposed facade. Norlys describes the design as Scandinavian and the Lund family as industrial yet simple: a smooth conical shade, a straight arm and a round plate without ornament. It suits a house facade as well as a hotel or restaurant entrance. A damaged globe can be replaced – the manufacturer offers it as a spare part (service kit 06240003).Meer tonen
