Sigma Artis 2 40525 black two-light pendantArtis 2 uses a clear horizontal composition rather than a bulky central shade. Two shallow domes sit at opposite ends of a slim straight bar, with a cylindrical suspension piece positioned at its centre. A round black canopy completes the fitting at ceiling level. Both the frame and shades are made from black painted steel. Viewed from below, the pale inner surfaces create a sharp contrast with the dark exterior and visually mark the two separate light positions.The 90 cm overall width suits the proportions of a dining table, kitchen island or longer worktop. Each open shade directs light downwards, producing two focused areas that can overlap across the surface below. This is a more task-oriented distribution than the all-round glow of an exposed bulb or enclosed diffuser. The complete fitting is 18 cm deep and has a maximum height of 70 cm. Its adjustable suspension allows the drop to be set during installation according to the ceiling, furniture and required sight line. The straight bar can also be aligned with the long edge of a table for a deliberate, balanced arrangement.Two replaceable E14 bulbsThe pendant requires two E14 bulbs, which are not included.
