The shade is 35 cm across and the complete fitting is only 20 cm high, retaining its sculptural character without occupying the ceiling area demanded by the larger family members. Deep black defines the outside. Through the asymmetric opening, it gives way to an irregularly textured copper-coloured interior. Moving around the lamp changes how much of each finish can be seen, so the profile remains engaging from the side as well as directly below.Illumination from an open domeOne E27 holder accepts a replaceable LED lamp rated up to 15 W. The bulb is purchased separately, enabling colour temperature and output to be matched to a particular role: over a small table, along part of a hallway, by a wardrobe or as an additional point within a wider lighting scheme. The copper surface remains in sight, and downward light brings out its texture.
