The FM-WN85 NEON LIGHTNING LED is a decorative wall light shaped like a lightning bolt. A red LED neon traces the outline, while the fill inside is milky and lets light through. The whole shape measures 48 cm high and 23 cm wide. How big it is and how to hang it The bolt measures 48 × 23 cm, so on a wall it takes up roughly the area of a sheet of A2 paper stood upright. It is only 2 cm deep — the fitting barely stands off the wall and fits into a shallow recess or between shelves. At the back, near the top edge, there is a single keyhole opening. The light hangs on one screw or hook and weighs 0.37 kg, so the fixing does not have to carry much load. How much light it gives The light source is built in permanently and draws 3.54 W. That is the output of a decorative accent rather than room lighting: the neon traces the glowing edge of the bolt but will not light a desk or a table, so plan it alongside the main light rather than instead of it. The diodes cannot be replaced, so no bulb has to be bought now or in a few years — but once the LED module reaches the end of its life the fitting cannot be renewed. Where it works Red neon reads as decoration, so it usually goes on a free wall in the living room, above the bed in a bedroom, or in a dining room where it works at the table as a second, atmospheric light.
