This ensures optimal and even weight distribution in the vehicle. A defective transaxle shaft is noticeable by a rumbling noise from the vehicle floor. Here you will receive a fully reconditioned central tube on an exchange basis. The standard shafts have a 25mm diameter; we also offer the GTS shafts with a 28mm diameter. For the early model years, there are two versions of the shaft. They differ in the way the shift linkage is attached to the transaxle tube.
