V-TAC VT-8027 motion sensorThe black V-TAC VT-8027 infrared ceiling sensor switches compatible LED lighting when it detects movement. Its round polycarbonate housing is 115 mm in diameter and 25 mm high and is surface-mounted. The AC 220–240 V, 50/60 Hz input specification suits standard mains installations.Adjustable operationDetection covers 360° and reaches a maximum of 8 m at temperatures below 24 °C. Ambient-light sensitivity is adjustable from <3 lx to 2000 lx, the on-time from 10 s ±3 s to 15 min ±2 min, and detection distance is also adjustable. The manufacturer rates the switched load at a maximum of 1000 W for LED lighting. The sensor responds to motion at 0.6–1.5 m/s.Intended useThis model is intended for surface mounting on indoor ceilings. IP20 does not confirm outdoor use or locations that need a higher ingress rating. The polycarbonate (PC) housing is specified for −25 °C to +50 °C.
