The solution for difficult cases!The functional principle of the Transferpettor pipette is direct displacement: In contrast to air cushion pipettes, the piston of the direct displacement pipette has direct contact with the liquid to be pipetted. The firmly seated piston always cleanly wipes the walls of the capillaries/tips - right down to the literally last drop, which is clearly visible leaving the opening. This principle achieves exactly reproducible results, regardless of the pipetting speed. The capillaries or tips do not have to be thrown away after each pipetting step, as the residual wetting is minimal and can usually be ignored.
