The Daicel CHIRALPAK® AGP selector is very well suited for the separation of a variety of chiral compounds such as amines, acids and non-prolytes. This version of the Chiralpak AGP column has an inner diameter of 2 mm, a length of 50 mm and a particle size of 5.0 µm. Aqueous buffers with organic modifiers usually serve as the mobile phase. Daicel CHIRALPAK® protein-based chiral selectors are immobilized on spherical silica particles with a size of 5 µm. They function fully in reversed-phase chromatography using buffers with low organic modifier content and at moderate pH values.
