We retain a deposit of €400 and will only refund this once the original brake calipers have been returned to us and inspected. Requirements for accepting your old part: It is an original part in undamaged condition (normal wear and tear is acceptable). The old part is complete and corresponds to the scope of delivery of the pictured reconditioned part (incl. screws, attachments, etc.). Cores with exceptional damage cannot be reconditioned. In this case, we have to return the part to you. This is the only way we can ensure a smooth exchange process.
